Досвід Європейського Союзу щодо розвитку сільських територій

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості еволюції Спільної аграрної політики Європейського Союзу. Визначено, що на національному та регіональному рівнях ЄС існує три концепції розвитку сільських територій. Охарактеризовано діяльність САП щодо сільського розвитку в 2007–2013 рр. та 2014–2020 рр. Розглянуто напрями розвитку політики сільського розвитку в контексті Стратегії «Європа – 2020». Обґрунтовано необхідність урахування європейського досвіду під час розроблення стратегії щодо диверсифікованого розвитку сільських територій в Україні.The article deals with the peculiarities of the evolution of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union. It has been determined that there are three concepts of rural development at the national and regional levels of the EU. The activities of the CAP on rural development in 2007-2013 and in 2014-2020 are described. The directions of development of the rural development policy in the context of the «Europe 2020» Strategy are considered. The necessity of taking into account European experience in the development of a strategy for the diversified development of rural areas in Ukraine is substantiated.
