Зона вільної торгівлі з Європейською спільнотою: досвід третіх країн і Україна

Abstract

Розкриваються загальні принципи та закономірності формування зон вільної торгівлі між Європейською спільнотою (ЄС) і третіми країнами. На прикладі Угоди про асоціацію між ЄС і Єгиптом аналізується зміст і структура угоди, що передбачає формування зони вільної торгівлі з ЄС. Робляться висновки про перспективи економічної інтеграції України та ЄС.Basic principles and rules of establishment of free trade areas between the European Community (EC) and third countries are considered. Contents and structure of the Agreement establishing association between the EC and Egypt are analyzed as an example of the agreements establishing free trade areas between the EC and third countries. Conclusions on the perspectives of the economic integration between Ukraine and the EC are provided.
