Abstract

На основі документів архіву Сангушків, актової документації луцьких гродських книг досліджується фінансово-господарська діяльність луцького війта Івана Борзобогатого. Увагу зосереджено на сфері земельних відносин і виконанні посадовцем фінансових зобов’язань.It was analyzes activity of Lutsk Voit Ivan Yatskovich Borzobogatiy in the 60 years of XVI century. Article show questions of the relationship Voit and his family members with representatives of central and local authorities, Volyn prince, pans, gentry in land ownership and finance. Shows the struggle of the genus Borzobogatyh with landowners for defending the rights of land ownership in the Volyn region. Disclosed forms of opposition in the form of raids on the possession, robbery, misappropriation of possessions and property. Analyzes the performance of voit debt. Recreated social portrait of Borzobogatiy basis of financial and economic activity. Disclosed some aspects of urban life, organized on the principles of Magdeburg rights.
