Географія релігії як суспільно-географічна наука

Abstract

У статті розглянуто процес становлення «Географії релігії» як суспільно-географічної науки, обґрунтовано об'єкт і предмет наукового дослідження, його мету й основні завдання, а також структуру. Розкрито перспективи розвитку цієї наукової дисципліни в Україні та світі в цілому, виділено основні аспекти подальшого розвитку й практичне значення. В Україні, дослідження теоретико-методологічних основ становлення та функціонування географії релігії як самостійної суспільно-географічної дисципліни стосуються роботи багатьох учених. Однак географія релігії як самостійна наука має досить тривалий етап свого формування у світі й Україні. Нами зроблено спробу виділення етапів формування географії релігії як суспільно-географічної науки, а також виділити основні проблеми її становлення. Тому виконане дослідження відрізняється своєю науковою новизною. In this article the process of formation of «Geography of religion» as a socio-geographical science is considered, the object and subject of scientific research, its purpose and main objectives, as well as its structure are substantiated. The prospects of development of this scientific discipline in Ukraine and the world in general are considered, the main aspects of its further development and practical significance are outlined. In Ukraine, the work of many scientists is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and functioning of the geography of religions as an independent socio-geographical discipline. However, the geography of religion as an independent science has a fairly long stage of its formation in the world and in Ukraine. We made an attempt to identify the stages of formation of the geography of religion as a socio-geographical science, as well as to highlight the main problems of its formation. Therefore, this research distinguished by its scientific novelty.
