Хронотоп подорожі як модель ініціації в повісті А. Кузьменка «Я, “Побєда” і Берлін»

Abstract

У цій статті зосереджено увагу на аналізі домінантних елементів поетики повісті А. Кузьменка «Я, “Побєда” і Берлін» – героя та хронотопу. Розглянуто співвідношення «терену» та міста, означено ключові локуси хронотопу подорожі та проаналізовано міське життя як світоглядну парадигму.In this paper the author pays attention to the analysis of a character and chronotope as prepotent elements of poetics in the tale of Andrii Kuzmenko “Me, ‘Pobieda’ and Berlin”. The researcher examined the interrelation between the countryside and city, defined main loci of chronotope of journey and analyzed living in the city as a worldview paradigm. During his trip from Novoiavoriv to Berlin the main character virtually takes initiation test that helps him to identify himself as a new man – European, which results in realizing the importance of his own freedom and self-sufficiency. His journey can palimpsesticly be traced in the context of biblical myth of apple of knowledge the prefiguration of which is the automobile “Pobieda” which is the pride of the Soviet car industry. During his European initiation the main character crosses absolutely real borders: the one between Poland and Germany and the other one – symbolic – the Berlin Wall.
