Розвиток етнографічної науки в Наддніпрянській Україні у 60–80 х роках ХІХ століття

Abstract

Дисертація є першим комплексним дослідженням розвитку етнографії в Наддніпрянській Україні в 60–80 х рр. ХІХ ст. Проаналізовано стан джерельної бази, ступінь вивчення проблеми у вітчизняній та зарубіжній історіографії. Введено до наукового обігу нові джерела. Охарактеризовано два етапи розвитку народознавчих досліджень – 60-ті та 70–80 ті рр. ХІХ ст., простежено процес розширення предмету етнографії, формування методики збору матеріалів із традиційно-побутової культури українців. Визначено, що в даний період відбувається інстутиалізація етнографічної науки. Особливу увагу звернено на фольклорно-етнографічні публікації у місцевій пресі.

The dissertation is the first intergrated research of the ethnography development in Naddnipryans’ka Ukraine in 60ies – 80ies of the XIXth century. The state of source basis, the level of the investigation of the problem in Ukrainian and foreign historiography have been analyzed. The new sources have been involved into consideration. In the focus of attention are the two main stages in the ethnography studies – 60ies and 70ies–80ies of the XIXth century. The author considers the process of widening of the ethnography subjectmatter, the creation of the methods of collecting the materials concerning the traditional day routine culture of the Ukrainians. It has been emphasised that the process of ethnography science institutionalization is initiated at present. Special attention is drawn to the folklore-ethnographic publications in local press.
