Abstract
Законодавство повинно бути зрозумілим для суб'єктів правового регулювання. Інструментом, за допомогою якого це можна досягти, є законодавчі дефініції. Проте не слід зловживати спеціальною термінологією при складанні закону, мова закону має бути зрозумілою.
Legislation must be clear for the subjects of the legal adjusting. Legislative definitions are instrument by means of that it is possible to attain. However it follows to practice upon a technical’s at the stowage of law, a language of law must be clear.
