Оппозиция «свое – чужое» в романе Ю. И. Крашевского «Старое предание»

Abstract

Изучены особенности картины славянского мира в историческом романе польского писателя Ю. И. Крашевского «Старое предание». Особое внимание уделено диалектике понимания персонажами содержания категории «свое» как соответствующего коллективному духу традиционных ценностей. Прослежена связь между «Старым преданием» Ю. И. Крашевского и «Лиллой Венедой» Ю. Словацкого как звеньями двух циклов произведений об истории Польши с древности до XIX в./ The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the picture of Slavic world in Yu. Krashewsky historical novel “The Old Legend”. Special attention is paid to the changes in the understanding of the category “own” as appropriate to the collective spirit of traditional values. The opposition “own – alien” is studied at different levels. It plays a central role in the description of relations between Slavs and Germans, in the disclosure of social relations within the collective, in artistic cognition of the beginnings of the process of adoption to unified with other Slavic peoples religion. The relationship between “The old Legend” by J. Krashewsky and “Lilla Veneda” by J. Slowacki as the links of the two cycles of works about the history of Poland from ancient times till XIX century was traced. The paper offers a view that both authors relied on the same mythological and legend sources, both showed a tragic consequences of the lack of unity in the collective, both focused on the opposition “Slavs – people of other tribes”. But novel by Krashewsky is also a result of the artistic cognition of social processes in Slavic collective.
