Abstract
В дисертації розглянуто сутність та значення соціального партнерства на ринку праці, визначено концептуальні засади формування системи соціального партнерства, проаналізовано зарубіжний досвід соціального партнерства та охарактеризовано особливості і проблеми його впровадження в національній економіці. Розкрито інституційне забезпечення соціального партнерства в Україні, проведено аналіз соціально-трудових відносин на ринку праці регіону, здійснено рейтингову оцінку розвитку соціального партнерства в регіоні. Запропоновано стратегічні пріоритети розвитку соціального партнерства та засоби їх реалізації, вдосконалено моніторинг соціального партнерства на ринку праці регіону, розроблено методику оцінювання колективного договору на підприємстві. Description
The thesis touches upon the role and meaning of social partnership at the labour market. We determine the background of formation of the social partnership system, we analyze the foreign experience and characterize the peculiarities and problems of its introduction in national economics.
The institutional providing of social partnership in Ukraine is described in our thesis. We analyzed the social- labour relations at the labour - market of the region, and estimated the rating of social partnership development. The strategic priorities of social partnership development and the facilities of its realization are offered. The monitoring of social partnership at the labour market of the region is improved. The method of evaluation of the enterprise collective agreement is developed.
