Основи організації діяльності органів Національної поліції України у боротьбі з рейдерством

Abstract

У даній статті досліджуються проблеми організації діяльності органів Національної поліції України у боротьбі з рейдерством, зосереджується увага на основних підрозділах органів Національної поліції, їх функціях та повноваженнях у сфері незаконного захоплення майна, визначається система взаємовідносин цих підрозділів, а також забезпечення належного використання потенціалу підрозділів поліції під час проведення відповідних заходів у вказаній сфері. The article deals with the problems of organization of the National Police of Ukraine activities in combating corporate raiding. The author focuses on the characteristic peculiarities of the basic divisions of the National Police, their functions and powers in fighting illegal seizure of property, defines system of relations between these units andthe ways to ensure the proper use of their potential when taking actions aimed at combating raiding. The goalto make struggle with corporate raiding more effective determines the need to "design" and involve highly effective organization of forces and means. It involves: a) necessary aggregate of means, selected and determined by their structural and functional content according to the purpose; b) the choice of the most rational forms and methods and integrating them into a unified system; c) the relationship and interaction of the forces in case of transition from one level of organization to another which are to be regulated. Effectiveness ofthese forces and means of the Ukraine National Police in combating corporate raiding is facilitated by the conducive practical assistance to the subordinate units, strengthening executive discipline, careful selection in recruiting personnel, improvement of work with them, training of personnel, persistent improvement of forms and methods of the National Police divisions organization and management through the introduction of the best practices and modern technologies including technical aids.
