Теоретичні аспекти регіоналізму і регіоналізації

Abstract

Процеси регіоналізації торкнулися практично всіх європейських держав. Активізація і зростання ролі регіонів у сучасному світі створили новий формат європейської регіональної політики, що здійснюється у форматі доктрини регіоналізму. Автором здійснене теоретичне осмислення природи і сутності регіоналізму та регіоналізації. Зокрема, обґрунтовано три моделі регіоналізації: децентралізація, автономізація, федералізація. На прикладі конкретних країн висвітлені практичні аспекти запровадження зазначених моделей у державотворчу практику. За результатами здійсненого аналізу зроблено висновок про те, що у сучасних умовах еволюції держав, котрий супроводжується посиленням регіональної ідентичності, не існує єдиної універсальної моделі регіоналізації. Кожна країна, зважаючи на власні етнічні, історичні, політичні, економічні, географічні передумови визначає оптимальну модель територіальної організації влади.The processes of regionalization have affected almost all European states. The activation and growth of the role of regions in the modern world has created a new format of European regional policy, which is carried out in the format of the doctrine of regionalism. The author carried out a theoretical understanding of the nature and essence of regionalism and regionalization. In particular, three models of regionalization have been substantiated: decentralization, autonomization, and federalization. Case studies of specific countries cover the practical aspects of introducing these models into state-building practice. According to the results of the analysis, it is concluded that in today’s conditions of the evolution of states, accompanied by the strengthening of regional identity, there is no single universal model of regionalization. Each country, in view of its own ethnic, historical, political, economic, geographical preconditions, determines the optimal model of territorial organization of power.
