Професійна підготовка майбутніх магістрів-педагогів на андрагогічних засадах

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі професійної підготовки майбутніх магістрантів-педагогів на андрагогічних засадах. Проаналізовано соціально-економічні особливості розвитку суспільства, що актуалізують таку підготовку. Розглянуто сутнісне наповнення поняття «андрагог», а також основні принципи, методи і прийоми освіти дорослих. This article deals with problem of professional training of masters-educators for activity on andragogical base. Explored social-economic aspects of society development that actualize such training. Emphasized on changes of the educator’s role and student in andragogical approach to education. Special importance in the process take place standalone methods, main source of which become experience of the student, self-motivation, creating favorable education environment. Listed age-related psychological special aspects of adultery, that connects with social-psychological components, physiological, psychological, social, moral maturity, economic independence, life experience and level of consciousness. The list of personal skills that describe adult person consists of capability for personal judgment, skill to choose the line of behavior. Highlighted main concept of andragogy approach, which is definition of term “andragog”. Discussed main principle, methods and approaches to adult`s education.
