Abstract
Статтю присвячено питанням порядку надання житлово-комунальної субсидії у контексті підвищення оплати житлово-комунальних послуг. Надано відповіді на такі надважливі питання, як коло суб’єктів, що мають право на отримання субсидії, окреслено коло можливих зловживань у даній сфері.
