В статті розглядається питання формування системи окупаційної влади на Волині в роки Другої світової війни, визначаються засоби її реалізації, причини появи Руху опору нацистам.In the article the question of forming of the system of occupation power is examined on Volhynia in the years of the Second World War, facilities of its realization, reason of appearance of resistance movement are determined to the nazis.
