Legal protection of intellectual property objects in Lecya Ukrainka Eastern European National University

Abstract

This article analyzes the experience of legal protection of intellectual property objects in the world, in Ukraine, and in Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University, as well as defined statistics and takes into consideration the relationship between innovation processes, transfer of technologies in the field of science and education, the necessity to protect developments related to intellectual property objects with legal means. В статті проаналізовано досвід правової охорони об’єктів інтелектуальної власності у світі, в Україні та СНУ ім. Лесі Українки, визначені статистичні дані, враховано взаємозв'язок між інноваційними процесами, трансфером технологій у сфері науки і освіти та необхідністю правозахисту розробок, в яких закладені об’єкти інтелектуальної власності.
