Актуальні проблеми сучасної комунікації в системі вищої освіти України

Abstract

У роботі доводиться, що відсутність змін часто пояснюється недоліками комунікації між всіма зацікавленими сторонами, зокрема, роботодавцями, викладачами та студентами. Показано, що провідну роль у реформуванні вищої освіти мають відіграти викладачі, що будуть проводити новий рівень комунікації як на вертикальному, так і на горизонтальному рівнях.Globalization and technology development have caused revolutionary changes in the global educational process. Unfortunately, Ukrainian universities use the old system of education based on simple transmission of information to students and checking its study. However, in today's job market such skills are no longer decisive, and employers are looking for graduates and their future employees with good ability to express their views in writing, speaking, effectively analyse information, work with various groups, and understand the competitive environment of global knowledge. Significant problems in financing universities, poor quality of higher education, the loss of competition present new challenges for the education community. In the process of investigation it was proved that no change is often attributed to deficiencies of communication between all stakeholders, including employers, teachers and students. It is shown that the teachers should play the leading role in the reform of higher education and carry a new level of communication both on vertical and horizontal levels.
