Лінгвокультурний концепт Батьківство: до постановки проблеми

Abstract

У статті розглянуто теоретичні основи дослідження й схарактеризовано наявні підходи до вивчення лінгвокультурних концептів. Здійснено спробу спробу обґрунтувати зміст та структуру лінгвокультурного концепту БАТЬКІВСТВО, окреслити шляхи й методи дослідження цього концепту та його актуалізацію лексичними й фразеологічними одиницями сучасної англійської мови. An attempt is made to outline the main ways of investigating the linguocultural concept «Parenthood» on the basis of Modern English. Parenthood is a complex many-sided socio-psychological phenomenon which in fact hasn’t been investigated from the point of view of linguistics. The article is focused at theoretical prerequisites of linguistic research, defining the essence of the notion «linguocultural concept», laying out the main tasks and parameters of the research (selecting the lexico-phraseological nominative field, the analysis of the structure of this field, investigating the syntagmatic peculiarities of the selected lexical units).
