Принципи природоохоронної діяльності у прикордонному регіоні

Abstract

Робиться спроба виділення принципів природоохоронної діяльності (ПОД) в обласному прикордонному суспільно-географічному комплексі (СГК). Пропонується розрізняти дві умовні групи принципів: вихідні (загальні) та принципи безпосередньої реалізації. Наголошується на існуванні специфічних природоохоронних принципів, характерних лише для прикордонних територій.The attempt to detach the principles of environment keeping activity in a frontier social and geographical system is made in this article. Two formal groups of principles – the outgoing (general) and the direct realization principles are proposed to distinguish. The existence of some specific environment keeping principles distinctive only for frontier territories is stressed.
