Аграрні реформи на Волині у ХХ - на початку ХХІ ст.: передумови, перебіг та наслідки

Abstract

У дисертації аналізуються столипінська аграрна реформа, аграрні перетворення польської влади у 20–30-х роках ХХ ст., колективізація та сучасна аграрна реформа. Досліджено ступінь наукового вивчення реформ, охарактеризовано джерельну базу та теоретико-методологічну основу роботи. З’ясовано суспільно-історичні передумови кожної з реформ, проаналізовано шляхи, методи та засоби їх реалізації, визначено їхнє соціальне спрямування та економічні наслідки. У результаті порівняльного аналізу основних показників розвитку аграрного виробництва на Волині зроблено висновки щодо економічної ефективності здійснюваних аграрних перетворень, охарактеризовано сучасний стан сільського господарства Волинської області.

The dissertation analyzes Stolypin agrarian reform, agrarian transformations of the Polish government in 20ies – 30ies of the 20 cent., collectivization and modern agrarian reforming. The level of the scientific research of the reforms has been estimated the source basis and theoretical methodological background of the investigation has been described. In the Focus of attention are the preconditions of introducing every reform, the ways, methods and means of their implementation. The social importance and the economic consequences have been characterized. The conclusions are made on the basis of deep analysis of the main data and evidences concerning the agrarian production in Volyn in that period. The conclusions reflect also the economic effectiveness of the agrarian reforms and modern state of the agrarian branch of economy in Volyn.
