Abstract

Розглянуто сутність та значення процесів фінансово-кредитного забезпечення розвитку житлової сфери. Розроблено концептуальні положення фінансово-кредитного регулювання інвестиційно-житлових відносин, які в сукупності представляють взаємодію таких суспільних інститутів, як житлові потреби, ринок інвестицій, житловий фонд, ринок будівництва та відтворення житла. Визначені форми та методи фінансово-кредитного забезпечення будівництва, відтворення та придбання житла в умовах ринку. Визначено загальнодержавні тенденції розвитку житлового фонду, будівництва, відтворення та придбання житла. Проведено аналіз фінансово-кредитного забезпечення процесів житлового будівництва та дана оцінка реалізації державних цільових програм будівництва житла. Розроблено стратегічні напрями сприяння фінансово-кредитному забезпеченню розвитку житлової сфери як засобу реалізації комплексного підходу до регулювання інвестиційно-житлових процесів. Запропонована модель формування альтернативних інвестиційних програм будівництва доступного житла та шляхи вдосконалення житлового іпотечного кредитування.
