Регіональні аспекти сучасних міжнародно-безпекових проблем

Abstract

Узагальнено поняття міжнародна та регіональна безпека, безпекові загрози й виклики, глобальні виклики та глобальні проблеми. Розглянуто зміст головних безпекових проблем у глобальному контексті. Проаналізовано основні безпекові проблеми в регіональному контексті. Визначено ступінь впливу безпекових загроз на функціонування безпекової системи регіонів світу. Досліджено основні диспропорції у безпековому розвитку регіонів планети. Розкрито основні недоліки у функціонування сучасної безпекової системи регіонів і світу загалом. Вказано на необхідність вирішення актуальних безпекових проблем і вжиття колективних заходів щодо їх подолання та локалізації. The concepts of international and regional security, security threats and challenges, global challenges and global issues are generalized. The content of the main security problems in the global context is considered. The main security problems in the regional context are analysed. The degree of influence of security threats on functioning of the security system of regions of the world is determined. The main disproportions in the security development of the regions of the planet are investigated. The main disadvantages in functioning of the modern security system of the regions and of the world as a whole are revealed. It is indicated on the necessity of solving actual security problems and taking collective measures for their overcoming and localization.
