Філософська спрямованість французького романтичного роману

Abstract

Статтю присвячено вивченню філософського аспекту французького роману епохи романтизму. Проаналізовано семантику й функцію філософських ідей як компонента філософського дискурсу в художній цілісності літературного твору. Дослідження здійснено з опорою на літературно-критичний доробок А. де Віньї, В. Гюґо та Жорж Санд.The article is devoted to the study of philosophical aspect of the French novel of the Romantic period. The semantics and function of philosophical ideas in the artistic integrity of the literary work are analyzed. The positions of A. de Vigny, V. Hugo and George Sand concerning the ideological content of the work of art are researched. The actual romantic problem of a genius, reflection on what has been offered by V. Hugo, is pointed out. George Sand’s position as to the interaction of philosophy and arts and philosopher and artist is revealed. It is stated that the French romantics have considered philosophical ideas as an integral component of the artistic world of the work. It is indicated that the French writers of the Romantic period have not been engaged in philosophy at the professional level, but they have not been separated from the philosophical thought of the period. They have explained their ideological convictions in the literary and critical, and artistic heritage.
