Взаємозв’язок особливостей психоемоційного стану й м’язової системи студентської молоді

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена доцільністю визначення характеру взаємозв’язків певних емоцій і м’язів людини для надання реабілітаційної допомоги. Метою дослідження став аналіз взаємозв’язку особли­востей психоемоційного стану людини й динамічного рухового стереотипу, заснованого на рефлекторній взаємодії емоцій та окремих груп м’язів. Розглянуто особливості психоемоційного стану та динамічного рухо­вого сте­реотипу 125 студентів віком 19–20 років з урахуванням 10 основних груп асоційованих зв’язків, загальнопри­йня­тих у кінезіотерапії. Дослідження підтвердило основні положення кінезіотерапії стосовно наявності рефлек­торних взаємозв’язків емоцій та м’язів, виявило основні особливості цих асоційованих зв’язків відпо­відно до віку досліджуваних, засвідчило необхідність комплексних диференційованих підходів до фізичної реабілітації студентської молоді. Topicality of the study is predetermined by reasonability of defining character of interconnection of specific emotions and muscles of a human for providing rehabilitation aid. The aim of the study is the analysis of interconnection of peculiarities of psychoemotional condition of a human and dynamic motor stereotype, based on reflexive interaction of emotions and specific muscle groups. It was examined peculiarities of psychoemotional condition and dynamic motor stereotype of 125 students aged 19–20 with taking into account 10 main groups of associated connections which are generally accepted in kinesitherapy. The study proved the main regulations of kinesitherapy on existence of reflexive interconnections of emotions and muscles, discovered the main peculiarities of these associated connections in accordance with age of the examined, it proved the necessity of complex differentiated approached to physical rehabilitation of student youth.
