Abstract

У статті висвітлено теоретичні аспекти особистісно орієнтованого навчання. Визначені вимоги до особистісно орієнтованих технологій та основні ознаки особистісно орієнтованого навчання, охарактеризовані умови ефективного впровадження особистісно орієнтованого підходу у навчально-виховний процес початкової школи.Today Personally oriented technology puts child's personality at the center of all school educational system. The article's aim is opening of the theoretical aspects of personality-oriented education. The article defines the requirements for personally oriented technology and basic features of personally oriented training. Characterized conditions for effective implementation personality oriented approach in the educational process of primary school. Implementation of personally oriented training technologies in the educational process of elementary school provides a personal approach to each child, creates conditions for creative manifestation of personality, allows each student to realize themselves in educational and training activities, encourages primary school children for selfknowledge, self-education and self-perfection.
