Розвиток охорони здоров’я, санітарії та соціальної опіки в Луцьку в 1919 – 1939 рр.

Abstract

У статті висвітлено стан охорони здоров’я, санітарії та соціальної опіки в Луцьку міжвоєнного періоду. На основі архівних матеріалів охарактеризовано структуру медичного забезпечення, особливості надання соціальної опіки населенню, участь органів влади та самоврядування у вирішенні питань санітарії міста.The article highlights the development of health, sanitation and social care in Lutsk in 1919 – 1939. Health, social care and the the establishment of proper sanitary condition in the city provide the authorities and self-government, community organizations. The methods of their work was to provide financial and medical assistance for socially vulnerable; the implementation of measures to combat with social diseases; sanitary control of public institutions, enterprises and private spaces; implementation of preventive shares in the direction the popularization of hygiene; the creation of public places poverty relief; creating conditions of life appropriate to sanitary norms. Based on the archival material, the author describes the structure of health care, social care, participation authorities and self-governments in solving sanitary problems of the city.
