Abstract

У статті досліджено поняття та природу правових позицій Конституційного Суду України. Визначено види правових позицій та їх особливості. З’ясовано місце правових позицій у структурі актів Конституційного Суду України. The article focuses on the concept and nature of the legal positions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The types of legal positions and their features are defined. The role of the legal positions in the structure of acts of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine is revealed.
