Правоохоронні органи у місті Луцьку в 1919–1939 роках

Abstract

У статті розкрито становлення, організацію та окремі аспекти діяльності правоохоронних органів у м. Луцьку в 1919–1939 рр., зокрема досліджено функціонування суду, прокуратури й місцевої в’язниці. Особливу увагу приділено роботі правоохоронних органів щодо протидії діяльності Комуністичної партії Західної України й Організації українських націоналістів.The article reveals the becoming, organization and some aspects of activity of the law enforcement authorities in Lutsk in 1919-1939, special attention is paid on functioning of the judiciary, procuracy and the local prison. The formation of the Polish judicial system in Lutsk continued during 1919-1921. In the center of voivodeship was functioning Lutsk District Court, Rivne District Court and the Lutsk «Myrovy» («Grodsky») Court. Due to the growth of anti-state and pro-bolshevik movement, sharp increase of banditry in the early 1920 s in Lutsk and Volyn functioned field (military) courts and separate special courts.
