Інтеграційна політика України в контексті глобальних суспільних трансформацій

Abstract

Досліджується відповідність змісту і засобів інтеграційної політики України тенденціям глобальних суспільних трансформацій. Наявний розрив у рівнях економічного та соціального розвитку між Україною та її економічними партнерами з розвинутих країн можна подолати за умов орієнтації на інноваційно-інвестиційну стратегію розвитку. Вибір такої стратегії як інструмента інтеграційної політики обумовлений кризою моделі ”наздоганяючого” розвитку менш розвинутих країн, що посилювала залежність від розвинутих країн світу. Одним із засобів реалізації інтеграційної політики і вказаної стратегії можуть стати заходи з нагромадження соціального капіталу України в умовах співпраці з ЄС на основі нових економічних та політичних стандартів відносин.

Correspondence of the content and means of the Ukraine integration policy to the tendencies of the global social transformation is researched. Present disruption of the levels of the economic and social development between Ukraine and her economic partners from the developed countries can be overcome, when innovation and investment strategy will be used. The choose of this strategy as the instrument of the integration policy is determined by the crises of the try to catch up development model of undeveloped countries, which intensified their dependence from the developed countries of the world. One of the instrument realization of this policy may be the measures of the Ukrainian social capital accumulation in the conditions of cooperation with EU on the base of the new economical and political standards of relations.
