Abstract
Охарактеризовано функції інституцій, що забезпечують залучення та використання іноземної робочої сили на ринку праці Іспанії. Вивчено особливості юридичного забезпечення міграційної політики Іспанії. З'ясовано механізми регулювання міграційних потоків і процесів.
Functions of institutions which provide foreign labor in the labor market of Spain attraction and use are characterized. The features of legal migration policyof Spain implementation are studied. The mechanisms of migration flows and processes regulation are investigated.
