Актуальні проблеми готовності майбутніх вихователів до професійної діяльності

Abstract

У статті розглядаються актуальні проблеми готовності майбутніх вихователів до професійної діяльності. Зазначено, що є основою їх професійної майстерності та взаємодії з дітьми дошкільного віку. Саме від ступеня готовності студентів до подальшої професійної діяльності залежить успішність та ефективність їх самореалізації в обраній професії вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти.

Мета статті – розкрити актуальні проблеми готовність майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної діяльності.

Методи дослідження – порівняльно-історичний, який дозволив прослідкувати становлення, розвиток і змістовне наповнення поняття «духовно-моральні цінності»; теоретичного пошуку: аналіз філософської, психологічної та педагогічної літератури, що дав змогу розробити концептуальні підходи дослідження, уточнити сутність і структуру духовно-моральних цінностей, обґрунтувати критерії і показники їх сформованості.

Результат. Зазначено, що є основою їх професійної майстерності та взаємодії з дітьми дошкільного віку. Саме від ступеня готовності студентів до подальшої професійної діяльності залежить успішність та ефективність їх самореалізації в обраній професії вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти. The article deals with the actual problems of readiness of future educators for professional activity. It is noted that they are the basis of their professional skills and interaction with children of preschool age. It is precisely on the degree of readiness of students for further professional activity the success and efficiency of their self-realization in the chosen profession of the teacher of the institution of preschool education depends on the degree of readiness of the students.

The purpose of the article is to reveal the urgent problems of readiness of future educators for pedagogical activity.

Methods of research - comparative-historical, which allowed to follow the formation, development and content of the concept of "spiritual and moral values"; theoretical search: the analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature, which enabled to develop the conceptual approaches of the study, to clarify the essence and structure of spiritual and moral values, to substantiate the criteria and indicators of their formation.

Result. It is noted that they are the basis of their professional skills and interaction with children of preschool age. It is precisely on the degree of readiness of students for further professional activity the success and efficiency of their self-realization in the chosen profession of the teacher of the institution of preschool education depends on the degree of readiness of the students.
