Регулювання сільськогосподарських правовідносин в умовах Світової організації торгівлі

Abstract

У статті проводиться теоретико-прикладне дослідження ролі і місця сільського господарства в рамках Світової організації торгівлі, а також місця міжнародної торгівлі і форм її регулювання в міжнародному праві. Досліджуються міжнародні нормативно-правові акти, роль та значення міжнародної торгівлі для сучасних міжнародних відносин, форми її регулювання. In the article teoretiko is conducted the applied research of role and place of agriculture within the framework of World organization of trade, and also place of international trade and forms of its adjusting, in an international law. The international are probed normatively legal acts, role and value of international trade, for modern international relations, form of its adjusting.
