Сутність та зміст техніко-криміналістичного забезпечення розслідування злочинів, учинених у пенітенціарних закладах

Abstract

У статті розкрито теоретичні аспекти та дано практичні рекомендації, обґрунтовано статистичні відомості за останні три роки щодо стану злочинності в пенітенціарних закладах. Проведено дослідження криміналістичного забезпечення розслідування злочинів із погляду поняття, структури, змісту та завдань. Зроблено висновок, що зміст поняття «криміналістичного забезпечення» має прояв у розробці й упровадженні в практику розслідування злочинів відповідних криміналістичних рекомендацій, які оптимізують діяльність і підвищують її ефективність.The article reveals the theoretical aspects and practical recommendations, grounded on the statistics for the last three years about the state of crime in the penal institutions. Criminalistical providing of the investigation of crimes is investigated, considered from the point of view of the concept, structure, content and objectives of the decision of which it is directed. Through the analysis of the concept of «criminalistical providing», the author believes that its content is shown in the development and in the implementation in practice of the relevant criminalistics recommendations that optimize and improve the effectiveness of the investigation of crimes. The author formulates perspective aspects of providing the criminalistic investigation of crimes committed in penitentiary institutions.
