Розглядається досвід адміністративно-територіального реформування Франції. Аналізуються принципи формування й повноваження територіальних самоврядних колективів, їх місце в адміністративно-територіальній системі, специфіка функціонування дуалістичної моделі управління в регіонах Розкривається сутність нового регіоналізму як підґрунтя адміністративно-територіального реформування. The paper deals with the experience of administrative-territorial reformation of France. Analyzes the principles of forming and plenary powers of territorial self-governing collectives, their place in the administrative-territorial system, the specific of functioning of dualistic model of administration in regions. Reveals the essence of the new regionalismas substratum of administrative-territorial reformation.
