Дослідницько-інноваційна діяльність в контексті професійної підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців

Abstract

Проведено теоретичний аналіз понять «діяльність», «дослідницька діяльність», «інноваційна діяльність», на підставі якого розкрито сутність феномену «дослідницько-інноваційна діяльність», а також запропоновані авторські визначення термінів «дослідницька діяльність», «інноваційна діяльність».In this paper, in terms of the activity approach a theoretical analysis of such concepts as "Research Activities", "innovation", proposed to their own definition, as well as the interrelation between these categories, which allowed to reveal the essence of the phenomenon of "research and innovation" as a complex activity (cognitive and practical), aimed at obtaining new knowledge and bringing them to the level of innovation, the implementation of which will provide the necessary economic, social effect. In the context of training of highly qualified specialists, in particular its research and innovation component, which means activities aimed at systematizing the existing and acquiring new knowledge, formalized in videprodukta (a method, system, technology, design, and others.) Ready for practical application in a particular a professional activity in order to increase its effectiveness.
