Правові засади виробництва органічної сільськогосподарської продукції

Abstract

У статті висвітленні питання нового законодавчого регулювання виробництва органічної сільськогосподарської продукції та сировини суб’єктами аграрних правовідносин в Україні. Проаналізовано відповідні норми Закону України «Про виробництво та обіг органічної сільськогосподарської продукції та сировини» та інше законодавство, яке регулює дану сферу діяльності. Запропоновано пропозиції щодо врегулювання правових проблем пов’язаних із виробництвом якісної органічної сільськогосподарської продукції шляхом внесення відповідних змін та доповнень до законодавчої бази. This article lights up the question of new legislative regulation on the production of organic agricultural products and raw materials by agrarian enterprises and farming in Ukraine. Appropriate norms of law «On the production and circulation of the organic agricultural products» and other legislation, regulating questions of production and circulation of organic agricultural products have been analyzed. Organic agricultural products – genuine products, made in certain areas of agricultural production from raw materials of plant and animal origin, as well as beekeeping, fish farming, forestry, harvested, produced, processed, certified, marked stored and sold according of the rules of organic production, have biologically valuable qualities and health properties and is intended for human consumption in processed and unprocessed form. Volumes of production of organic agricultural products in the world grow every year. Organic farming has become a global trend. It is practiced in more than 160 countries. The article contains proposals on the settlement of legal problems, related to the production of quality organic agricultural products by introducing appropriate changes and additions to the legislative framework.
