Готовність нового фахівця до забезпечення якості європейських стандартів вищої освіти

Abstract

Статтю присвячено теоретичному обґрунтуванню готовності нового фахівця до забезпечення якості європейських стандартів вищої освіти та проаналізовано пріоритетні його характеристики. Обґрунтовано поняття «готовність», "європейський стандарт», «новий фахівець», «забезпечення якості європейських стандартів».The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of readiness of new specialists to the quality of European standards of higher education. The notions of “readiness”, “European standard”, “new specialist”, “the assurance quality of European standards” are characterized. The types of readiness are defined and its importance for modern specialist. The prior directions of formation and development of personal characteristics of modern specialists are identified and analyzed. The main quality and requirements are emphasized which characterize the modern specialist: democracy, tolerance, an open communication, a positive image, professionalism, profound knowledge, culture, creativity, inner spirituality. The main European educational standards are analyzed that define the requirements for the results and quality of specialists’ training at different levels.
