Адаптація студентів до умов педагогічного коледжу та їх творчий розвиток

Abstract

У статті проаналізовані різні підходи до з'ясування суті адаптації студентів до умов педагогічного коледжу, розкриті її етапи (етап орієнтації, етап оціночної взаємодії із середовищем, етап активної взаємодії адаптанта і середовища адаптації). На підставі даних, отриманих в результаті спостереження за поведінкою студентів, що адаптуються, виокремлено п'ять основних способів адаптації (егоцентричний, нестійкий, екстравертний, лицемірно-конформістський, агресивний). Розкрито роль активної адаптаційної стратегії творчого типу у творчому розвитку майбутніх фахівців. Different approaches of clarification of essence of student's adaptation to the conditions of pedagogical collage are analyzed in the article. There also the stages of student's adaptation to the conditions of pedagogical collage are discovered. These are: the orientation stage, the stage of estimate interaction with environment, the stage of the active interaction of the one who adapts to the adaptation environment. O the bases of data, which were got as the result of observing the behavior of students, who adapts, five ways of adaptation: egocentric, unstable, extroverted, hypocritically-conformist, aggressive. The role of active adaptation strategy of creative type in the development of future specialists is discovered.
