Аспекти регулювання транзиту енергоносіїв в рамках СНД

Abstract

У статті проаналізовані документи, які визначають умови та напрями управління транзитним переміщенням нафти й газу на національному та міждержавному рівні (на прикладі СНД, СОТ, ЄС). Матеріал поданий у статті відображає результати дослідження Угоди про Зону вільної торгівлі в рамках СНД на предмет наявності в ній правових засад врегулювання транзитних потоків, насамперед трубопроводами.The article highlighted some documents that define the conditions and directions of the oil and gas transit movement control on the national and international level (for example, CIS, WTO, EU). The material presented in the article reflects some analitical results on the CIS Free Trade Agreement discussion in order to determine whether it settle some legal principles for energy transit flows, especially through the pipelines.
