Реабілітація дітей першого року життя з вродженими захворюваннями кісткової системи

Abstract

Захворювання опорно-рухового апарату серед дітей першого року життя складають більше ніж половину всіх випадків вродженої патології. Розуміння механізмів виникнення й прогнозування наслідків допомагає здійснювати вибір заходів щодо запобігання цим вадам розвитку під час планування вагітності, профілактики на етапі виношування, а при виявленні після народження здійснювати правильну тактику реабілітаційних заходів. Мета роботи полягає в огляді методів реабілітації дітей першого року життя з вродженими захворюваннями кісткової системи. Метод дослідження – аналіз науково-методичної літератури. Висновки. Великий спектр вибору методів і засобів реабілітації дітей із вродженими ортопедичними захворюваннями дає можливість ефективно впливати на виконання завдань відновного лікування на всіх етапах розвитку дитини, ураховуючи особливості впливу процесу відновного лікування та виконання конкретних завдань, психомоторний розвиток, оцінку віддалених перспектив лікування конкретного захворювання й здоров’я дитини в цілому. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system among children of the first year of life put together more than half of all cases of congenital pathology. Understanding the mechanisms of occurrence and predicting the consequences helps to select the measures to prevent these developmental abnormalities in pregnancy planning, prevention at the stage of gestation, and, if found after birth, implement the correct tactics of rehabilitation activities. The aim of the work is to review the methods of rehabilitation of children of the first year of life with congenital diseases of the osseous system. The methods of the research: analysis of scientific and methodological literature. Conclusions. A wide range of methods and means of rehabilitation of children with congenital orthopedic diseases makes it possible to effectively influence the decision of the tasks of restorative treatment at all stages of the child’s development, taking into account the particularities of the influence of the rehabilitation process and the solution of specific problems, psychomotor development, assessment of the long-term prospects of treatment of a specific disease and health of the child as a whole.
