Загальна характеристика стану здоров’я студентів І–ІІ курсів

Abstract

На основі аналізу загальної, спеціальної, науково-методичної літератури розкрито сучасний стан та проблеми здоров’я студентів, організації та проведення занять із фізичної культури. Установлено, що, за різними даними літературних джерел, від 5 до 35 % студентів за станом здоров’я входять до спеціальних медичних груп. На основі дослідження на базі Кременецької обласної гуманітарно-педагогічної академії ім. Тараса Шевченка у 2014/2015 н. р. установлено, що в спеціальній медичній групі кількість осіб становила 14,4 % від загальної чисельності студентів. Найбільш поширеними є захворювання серцево-судинної системи (33,3 %), а діагнозом – вегето-судинна дистонія та захворювання опорно-рухового апарату (36,7 %). On the basis of the conducted analysis of general, special, scientific-methodological literature it was revealed the modern condition and problems of students’ health, organization and conducting of physical culture classes. It was defined that according to different data of literature sources from 5 % to 35 % of students because of their health condition belong to special medical groups. On the basis of the conducted study on the basis of Taras Shevchenko Kremenets Regional Humanitarian Pedagogical Academy in the 2014–2015 academic year it was found out that in special medical group the number of people equaled 14,4 % from the general number of students. The most common are diseases of cardiovascular system – 33,3 % where the most common diagnosis is vegetative-vascular dystonia, and diseases of the musculoskeletal system – 36,7 %.
