Особливості психолого-педагогічного супроводу осіб із патологіями хребта

Abstract

У статті розглянуто й проаналізовано особливості психолого-педагогічного супроводу осіб із патологіями хребта. Визначено, що хвороби хребта займають важливе місце в загальній структурі патології опорно-рухового апарату. Увагу акцентовано на тому, що лікування патологій хребта повинно бути спрямоване в першу чергу на усунення основної причини, від якої болить спина, і вже потім на усунення симптомів з допомогою доступних і найефективніших методів. Показано, що психолого-педагогічний супровід осіб із патологіями хребта має такі особливі характеристики: об’єднання педагогічної допомоги; фокусування на особистості осіб із патологіями хребта (реалізації потенційних можливостей, розкритті індивідуальних особливостей особистості); підтримка оптимально значущих якостей особистості; корекція вад розвитку; поліпшення соціальної адаптації й інтеграції осіб із патологіями хребта тощо. In the article the peculiarities of psychological and pedagogical accompaniment of persons with spinal pathologies are considered and analyzed. It is determined that the diseases of the spine occupy an important place in the general structure of the pathology of the musculoskeletal system. Attention is focused on the fact that the treatment of spinal pathologies should be aimed primarily at eliminating the underlying cause from which the back pain, and then to eliminate the symptoms with the help of affordable and most effective methods. It is shown that psychological and pedagogical support of persons with pathologies of the spine has the following special characteristics: association of pedagogical help; focusing on the personality of persons with pathologies of the spine (realization of potential opportunities, disclosure of individual peculiarities of the person); support of optimally meaningful personality traits; correction of developmental defects; improvement of social adaptation and integration of persons with spinal pathologies, etc.
