Національно-культурний компонент у зображенні козацької старшини

Abstract

У статті зроблено спробу виявити, описати та проаналізувати використання національно-культурного компонента в зображенні козацьких ватажків в історико-пригодницьких повістях 1920–1930-х рр. Зокрема, на матеріалі художніх творів Я. Качури «Іван Богун» та А. Чайковського «Перед зривом» з’ясовано роль національно-культурних елементів у художньому осягненні та інтерпретації історичних подій і постатей минулого.In this article we find out, describe and analyze the usage of a national-cultural component in the depiction of the Cossack leaders in the historical and adventure short stories of 1920–1930-s. In particular, we find out the role of national and cultural elements in the artistic comprehension and interpretation of historical events and figures of the past through the creative works by J. Kachura “Ivan Bohun” and A. Tchaikovsky “Before the breakdown”. In the research has been done a conclusion that the main feature of the analyzed historical and adventure short stories is a deep respect of the characters to the Christianity, national and spiritual culture of our people. Nationalism and wealth of the Ukrainian atmosphere is transmitted through the usage of expressive folk means, pictures of nature, and descriptions of the Cossack leaders’ life. Creating a traditional type of a national hero has become possible by the reproduction of internal monologues, actions and deeds of the main characters. National-cultural component has a considerable influence on the development of the Ukrainian people’s national consciousness.
