Abstract

У статті розглядаються питання договірно-правових форм реалізації зовнішньоторгівельної політики ЄС з різними країнами та регіонами світу, місця і ролі Європейського Співтовариства у світовій торгівлі товарами, сучасної структури його торгівельних зв’язків.In the article I discuss the EU trade legislature, including its autonomous and conventional components. There was an attempt made to segregate the EU trade partners into several groups with respect to peculiarities of the economic relationship between the two sides. And finally I demonstrate the EU’s-25 recent dynamics and structure of trade in goods as a result of its trade policy undertakings.
