Abstract
Розглянуто суть поняття «партія влади». Проаналізовано витоки та сучасні особливості «партії влади» як явища, притаманного несконослідованим демократіям. Досліджено феномен «партії влади» в політичному розвитку пострадянських країн.
The essence of the concept of «party of power» is explored. The origins and modern features of «party of power» as a phenomenon inherent to the non-consolidated democracies are analysed. The phenomenon of the «party of power» in the political development of post-Soviet countries is investigated.
