Мовна ієрархія науково-фантастичного тексту: романи С. Лема «Едем» і «Повернення з зірок»

Abstract

У статті розглянуто структуру романів «Едем» і «Повернення з зірок» польського письменника С. Лема. Доведено тезу, що сама суть наукової фантастики мотивує узагальнену модель мовної ієрархії, яка повторю-ється у різних текстах. Зокрема, у романах С. Лема домінують неологізми та їхні різновиди, наукові терміни і порівняння. The article analyzes the structure of the novels “Eden” and “Return from the Stars” famous Polish science fiction writer Stanislaw Lem. The study is based on the thesis that the essence of science fiction texts defines a generalized model of linguistic hierarchy. This means that both the writer`s novel are unique at the level of individual language elements, however, are virtually identical in terms of linguistic hierarchy. In both novels dominated by neologisms and their varieties (occasionalisms, neosemantizms), important elements of science fiction S. Lem are also terms and comparisons. Each of these elements sells its clearly defined function: neologisms are called objects and phenomena of the new world, define the concepts of text, create a new language and a new reality; terms makes the text a scientifically credible and believable; comparison adapt the text to the reader, make it more clear, you can create a kind of “bridge” between the fantastic and the real world.
