Децентралізація : економіко-правова основа реформ в Україні

Abstract

Проаналізовано стан реформування бюджетної системи України та розвитку демократичних засад управління публічними фінансами. Досліджено фінансову й матеріальну основи та критерії оцінки фінансової самостійності місцевого самоврядування. It is analysed the condition of Ukrainian accounting systems’ reforming and the development of democratic principles of public finances’ management. It is investigated the financial and material basis and criteria of the financial independence estimation in local government.
