Логіка і методологія дослідження трансформації територіальної організації влади

Abstract

У статті розглядається методологічна складова трансформації територіальної організації влади, як явище і процес, що має свої особливості. З метою уникнення двозначних трактувань аналізується термінологічне та асоціативне значення понять «трансформація» і «реформа».The methodological constituent of transformation of territorial organization of power is examined in the article, as the phenomenon and process which has the features. With a purpose avoidance of ambiguous interpretations is analysed terminology and associative value of concepts «transformation» and «reform».
