Інтенсивність як градуйована семантична категорія

Abstract

У статті йдеться про категорію інтенсивності як градуйовану семантичну категорію. Розглянуто основні показники вираження градаційного значення. Визначено ступені вияву градаційного значення фразеологізмів із семантикою інтенсивності сучасної української літературної мови.The article refers to the category of graded intensity as a semantic category. It was considered a graduation of categorical seme of intensity as a component of the semantic structure of phraseological units. Phraseologisms were taken as object of peculiar means consideration that makes possible a certain characteristic representation with varying degrees of intensity. The main indicators of gradation values’ expression have been investigated. The degrees of gradation values’ expression in phraseological units with the semantics of intensity of the modern Ukrainian language are specified. Low, high and ultra-high degree of display intensity is presented on the phraseological material. The use of idioms with semantics of intensity is defined as a possible means of convincing transmission of thought to the listener.
