Хронотоп подорожі в карнавальній трилогії Юрія Андруховича крізь призму мотивного аналізу

Abstract

У статті крізь призму мотивного аналізу розглянуто способи реалізації й функції хронотопу подорожі як одного з домінантних модусів репрезентації свідомості переходової доби в карнавальній трилогії Ю. Андруховича. Акцентовано його філософсько-соціальний аспект. Ураховано специфіку постмодерністської парадигми. The article deals with the means of realization and functions of chronotope of travel as one of the dominant modes of representation of the postmodern consciousness in the novels of Y. Andrukhovich «Recreation», «Moskoviada» and «Perversion». It is pointed that the philosophical quintessence of the carnival trilogy becomes the motive of seeking the truth which is central to all of the novels, and whose realization is mainly through the repeated and detailed descriptions of the geography of the characters’ moving. It is determined that chronotope of the travel is closely connected with the motive of the movement. The unconscious but stable characters’ aspiration to travel becomes its important typological attribute, and it is perceived as a genetically inherited feature of the Ukrainian mentality. It is accented that philosophical and social motives of the slippery slope and spiritual degradation and, as well as the motive of insecurity, danger, which is embodied in the novels of Y. Andrukhovich latent – by dint of artistic detail-symbol of the coat perceived as an essential attribute of the image of the traveler are significant for the structural and semantic organization of space-time of the analyzed works.
