Abstract

За допомогою аналізу поглядів С. Дністрянського на формування Української держави виявлено, що основу його концепції склало соціологічне розуміння суспільного розвитку. Останній має вигляд ламаної кривої, де кожне наступне заломлення проявляється як протест, виборювання провідних ідей у суспільстві. З’ясовано, що особливістю уявлень науковця є визначальна позиція народу щодо держави, адже вона створена як правова організація народу. Специфікою поглядів С. Дністрянського є основоположність соціально-моральних підстав у побудові держави.
